Yesterday I ran a mile in 11.5 minutes.
Today I ran a mile in 8.5 minutes. The fastest I’ve run it since middle school.
Fitness will always be a matter of ups and downs, but it should also always be a matter of pushing yourself. Don’t get upset if you have a “bad” workout day. Even five minutes on the treadmill is better than five minutes on the couch.
You got this. Even if you don’t have faith in yourself, I have faith in you.
