I'm a graduate student in the southern United States. I'm not a runner, but I've always dreamed of being one - if my schedule allows me!
I don't claim to be perfect, just human. Fall seven times, stand up eight.
she’s another client of my trainer, Evan. Not only did we keep each other honest in our sets, we made sure to critique each other’s form. After a heavy core workout, we even stayed to do extra knee-ups and sprints. We have plans to meet on Wednesday to do more sprints, stair stepper and legs.
What about you guys? Do You feel more productive when you work alone, or with a partner?

…when I post fitness-related, semi-inspiring (or at least I think so) things on here, and people re-blog them just to harp on them. Why are you here? You don’t have to agree with everything that’s posted. Hell, sometimes *I* don’t agree with everything I’ve posted. But I realize that there are well over 400+ of you and not every single one of you works out the same way or finds inspiration in the same thing. Some of you are inspired by pictures, some by quotes, some by a combination.
But just because YOU don’t like what I’VE posted doesn’t give you the right to send me hate mail. For all you know, the quote that said don’t read a magazine at the gym, or, if you still look cute at the end of a workout, you’re not trying hard enough, is the inspiration that someone NEEDS. Maybe not you, maybe not me, but someone. And isn’t that enough?
